All new orders placed are subject to a 2 - 4 business day completion period. Unfortunately, our delivery time has been increased slightly due to ongoing inter- and national issues causing some delays. We however will do our utmost to speed up your delivery from our side.Â
Our national courier partners deliver to any address in South Africa with a valid street address. They cannot deliver to a SAPO post box. They can however deliver to a PostNet box. Please contact PostNet so they are ready for the parcel if needed .
You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Please check your spam folders if email is not received.Â
Should delivery not taken place after the abovementioned period please contact us on info@zade.co.zaPlease note that most courier companies allow for 2 days to deliver a package after initial delivery failed. Thereafter the items will be returned, and the customer will have to pay again for delivery. No refunds or store credit will be given for returned parcels by the courier company.
