Refund policy
We all want to be that perfect size! Please do not upsize or downsize, rather stay true to your South African size. If unsure, please use the size guide. Sometimes there might be a 1 – 2cm deviation in different sizes and stretch of fabrics. Colour might be a little different due to lighting as some of our product images are directly from our suppliers. Wash garments in 30 degree water, hang to dry in shade and prohibit from bleaching. Slightly differences on detail and pattern may occur. Always enjoy your style!
Our return policy is a guideline as we deal with each query individually, keeping the interest of you, the customer in mind.
The customer can return the item within 7 days of receiving thereof. Unfortunately, No Return or Exchange will be accepted after 7 days.
No SALE items can be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Items should be in their original condition with all tags, unworn, unwashed, unstained and in resalable condition.
Items can be returned for Store Credit Only. This Store Credit will be valid for 3 months from receipt. By purchasing on the Zade website you confirm, accept and agree to this term.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage. When the customer is not able to return the items, we will arrange collection and the amount will be debited from store credit.
Please note that most courier companies allow for 2 days to deliver a package after initial delivery failed. Thereafter the items will be returned, and the customer will have to pay again for delivery. No refunds or store credit will be given for returned parcels by the courier company.
Zade Boho Chic (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of items during the process or delivery. Zade Boho Chic (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any package being delivered to a wrong address. Please ensure that the contact person of your shipping details is the same as the person who placed the order. Please note that it is at your own risk, should you advise the courier company to leave your parcel at someone else.
Please note that a 35% handling fee will be deducted from your refund in the event of cancellation after payment but before receipt of the items. This covers the banking and other related fees.
